Where they started

An award-winning Tier-1 beauty brand had hit a plateau at ₹6Cr/mo. Shopify storefront felt commoditised, paid social was decaying, and they had no quick-commerce shelf despite category demand exploding on Blinkit and Zepto.

02 · Our approach

What we did

  • 1Redesigned the storefront around hero SKUs and bundle math.
  • 2Built a UGC creator pod producing 30 reels and 60 statics per month.
  • 3Launched Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart with hero, A+ and listing-search ads.
  • 4Set up a unified dashboard tracking blended CAC across DTC, marketplace, and quick-comm.
